In a match-up that looks too close to call for sports betting fans, Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan face his old club Chelsea in the first leg of the Champions League second round tonight (February 24th).
It will be the first time Mourinho has come up against his former employers since leaving Chelsea in 2007 after a breakdown in his relationship with club owner Roman Abramovich.
His side are narrow favorites for the game but there is barely anything between the teams, according to the odds.
Chelsea won back-to-back Premier League titles under the self-proclaimed Special One and have been in Manchester United's wake domestically since his departure, with Sir Alex Ferguson's men taking three successive championships.
It was the Champions League that shot Mourinho to fame when he led Porto to victory in the 2004 tournament and the Portuguese will be glad that the competition has thrown up the chance for him to return to Stamford Bridge.
However, first he must pit his wits in the home leg against former AC Milan manager Carlo Ancelotti, who will know the corridors at the San Siro just as well as Mourinho, having spent eight years in charge of Inter's rival club.
In the other Champions League match taking place tonight, Sevilla travel to CSKA Moscow, with the Russians narrow favourites to win the game.
