  1. The prize is not refundable or saleable and there are no deals.
  2. Winners of all packages will be expected to act as ambassadors for 888.com at this venue - meaning you will be obligated to wear 888.com’s branded merchandise at the event.
  3. Entrants must be 19 years of age to play in the CPT/WPS Costa Rica Event. All entrants to the event will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Entrants that are not able to present such proof will be excluded from participation in the Event with no compensation.
  4. By participating in a CPT Qualifier, you grant 888.com the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against 888.com in this regard.
  5. By entering an 888.com CPT Qualifier each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Qualifier and the awarding of the prizes.
  6. 888.com Pacific Poker reserves the right to stop this promotion at anytime without prior notification
